Midfielders Stephen Gleeson and Mark Randall and central defender Anthony Kay are about to see their existing deals expire and the trio are considering the fresh terms on offer.
Gleeson has been a Dons player since the summer of 2009 after turning his initial loan spell from Wolves into a permanent move. Kay joined Karl Robinson's side on a free transfer from Huddersfield two years ago while Milton Keynes-born Randall returned to the club on a short-term contract in March.
Former Leeds and Manchester United striker Smith joined the Dons from Newcastle in July 2012 after a successful loan spell while midfielder Hall has been at the club since February.
Dons' all-time record goalscorer McLeod will also depart this summer after the striker and the club mutually agreed not to activate the option in his contract for a further year.
However, the Dons have exercised options in Lee Hodson and Ben Reeves' contracts which will see the pair remain at stadiummk for at least another 12 months.
