Oliver: Rewarded for efforts

The towering defender has been a solid presence in the Bantams' backline during a testing campaign, earning plaudits from fans and fellow players alike.

He claimed the Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year awards for his consistent performances over 44 games this season, as well as laying claim to four other awards from various supporters' groups.

Oliver said: "I never imagined the night would go like this for me. It would obviously have been nice just to win one (award), so to pick up six is amazing.

"I've over the moon with the way the night has gone. I didn't expect any of this really. I am delighted to win all the awards that I have."
