Evans has promised an exciting close-season of recruitment following his move to the Millers from League Two rivals Crawley earlier this month, but has yet to fully decide who will be staying or going.

"There are two or three players which we are still looking at and deciding if they will have a part to play," Evans said.

"There are decisions which have been very quick to make and decisions which are taking a little bit longer.

"We have to believe we make the right decision because it affects people lives."

On offering out-of-contract players he added: "We are going to wait until the end of the season. If people don't have the hunger to stay here then go. If people dont want to be part of what we are trying to achieve then we don't want them."
