Lathrope: Wants to stay

Lathrope's current contract is coming to an end but he is focusing solely on the Gulls' play-off campaign for the time being.

Manager Martin Ling recently stated his desire to hold on to the 22-year-old along with a number of key players.

"We haven't sat down to talk about any figures yet, but I hope it won't be my last season," Lathrope told the Herald Express.

"I have enjoyed my time here and this season has been the best of my career so far. Hopefully we'll have another couple of successful years together."
