The towering defender, 20, made 14 appearances for the Shots during a loan spell in the final few months of last season.

Aldershot manager Dean Holdsworth revealed his delight at bringing the Tigers academy product back to the npower League Two club.

"This is excellent news. Sonny developed an excellent relationship last season and he adds more strength to our squad," he told the club's official website.

"It has given us all a lift again after the disappointment of losing Craig Stanley to injury at the weekend.

"I would like to thank Steve Bruce and Hull City Football Club for their help in arranging the loan agreement."
