Kari Arnison opened the scoring for the Millers after 19 minutes, his low shot from the edge of the area following a weak punch by Fleetwood stopper Scott Davies.

The lead lasted less than two minutes however, Curtis Obeng crossing from the right to Jon Parkin who put the home side back on level terms.

"We're still a work in progress," he said. "We're still trying to get right and if we're in or around the play-offs at the end of the season we will have achieved that.

"If we put in performances like that every week, we'll achieve that.

"It was disappointing the way we conceded. I've told the player that lad called space has never scored a goal, Jon Parkin on the other hand has scored plenty and he's been looking after the wrong one. I've told him it's a mistake and he accepts it."
