Myles Weston: Feeling confident

The Gills are back on top after a brief slip into second place and currently lead Port Vale by two points.

And the former Brentford forward believes that the Gills are good enough to remain there until the end of the season.

"We have been top for most of the season and we want to win the league," the 24-year-old told the club's official website.

"There is a good mixture of young and experienced players and we're confident against any team we face.

"We were second for a couple of weeks and it was a reality check, but we have to keep the high standards set at the start of the season.

"With all these Saturday and Tuesday games it will be very difficult, we're top and everyone wants to beat us, but we have got a good enough squad to win at least half of our last 14 games.

"It's not finished until we win the league."
