Chris Wilder: Feels they lack confidence on home soil

They managed just one real shot on target on the bobbly Kassam Stadium pitch, and Josh Parker's drive was brilliantly turned for a corner by keeper Michael Ingham.

Wilder said: "It's like chalk and cheese between how we were at Plymouth last week and today.

"We need a spark from somewhere but it's a real struggle for us at home at the moment.

"The players are a lot better than what they are producing when we play at home. We've got a lot more quality than what we're showing and that's so frustrating.

"We're struggling at the top of the pitch and struggling to create.

"And I think everyone can see that we don't have any confidence when we're playing at home. We just have to get our head down and keep working."

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
