The lowly Bees are just one point outside the League Two drop zone but Davids knows that wins are really what they need - rather than draws in games they dominate.

And it does not get any easier with promotion-hunting Southend their visitors at Underhill on Tuesday night.

"Every game is a final for us now," said Davids.

"Every game you have to get the points in. It's good and healthy pressure for us to keep up the pace. It's difficult but not impossible.

"I thought we had some great spells. In the first half we lost our shape and didn't do a lot of things we trained for, but we managed to keep a clean sheet.

"It's very important to get the point. It's also important to have a good home record, which we have, it's good for our self-esteem and we're confident.

"Tactically we played very well, but technically we were not as good as we can be.

"We had some good spells but if you don't do what you have to do then it's going to be hard because then it gets physical. It's avoidable and it's a lesson we have to learn."

put Ince in my fantasy football team, so it's no surprise at all really. I do that to players. Also responsible for De Jong and Upson being injured. Think I'll transfer in Di Maria just to ruin United....
