The Dutch legend guided his side to a 2-0 win over Fleetwood Town on Tuesday night, the last ever evening game at Underhill, and the victory moved them two points clear of the drop zone.
And if Barnet manage to remain in the Football League for the next season, Davids might continue at the club.
"I think so," Davids told Sky Sports News. "[But] Things can change, because it is football."
Barnet face a difficult task on Saturday when they host fourth-placed Cheltenham Town, who are chasing automatic promotion.
