Logan's current deal is set to expire at the end of next month but negotiations have begun with the back-up goalkeeper, 27, about extending his stay at the King Power Stadium.

However, Joey Jones, Conor Brennan, Steven Smith, Karlton Watson and Jide Maduako have been told they will not be at the club beyond the end of their existing contracts which run out on June 30.

A statement on Leicester's official website said: "The club would like to place on record its thanks to its five departing players for their hard work and professionalism during their time in Leicester City blue and wish them well in their future careers."
