The Premier League champions have announced a partnership with Fabulous Fan Fare, a new venture involving a company of Oliver's, for the next five years.
Oliver's Fabulous Feasts and Legends Hospitality, the companies behind the new entity, will take over all aspects of catering at the Etihad Stadium.
The arrangement will begin at the start of next season in August 2013.
City's chief commercial and operating officer Tom Glick said: "It is our ambition to create a world-class customer experience for everybody who visits the Etihad Stadium.
"We are looking forward to working with these two leading brands as we continue to develop our stadium to achieve this aim."
