United have already secured top spot in Group H with four straight wins but Galatasaray can take a giant step towards clinching second place with a win in Istanbul.
"If Norwich can beat them, so can we," said Amrabat. "It won't be easy but everybody needs to give 100% and play from the heart.
"If we want to qualify, this game is a last chance for us.
"Generally, we are having an unlucky campaign but we are still in control of our fate."
Amrabat played for Galatasaray in their 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford in September and the 25-year-old, who joined from Kayserispor in the summer, is one of those who feels they can do a little bit more.
"I am not satisfied with my own performances," he said.
"Coming to a new club with a new system is not easy, but if I have more chances over 90 minutes, I believe I can improve."
