The striker replaced Ryan Taylor at half-time and scored a late winner in Saturday's League Two game against Accrington at the Don Valley Stadium.

And he is set to be rewarded with a start against Nigel Clough's side, who reached the semi-final of the competition last season.

Midfielder Dale Tonge returns to the squad after serving a suspension carried over from last season and the former Barnsley man is expected to start.

Much-travelled striker Drewe Broughton will not be considered as he is still sidelined with a broken toe.

The Millers will be looking to produce the sort of form that saw them claim the scalps of Sheffield Wednesday, Wolves and Southampton in the Carling Cup last season.
