Miller: Set for Owls debut

Miller, a free transfer signing in May following his release from Ipswich, was an unused substitute in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Barnsley.

Defenders Mark Beevers and Frank Simek plus midfielder Sean McAllister are all hoping to make their first appearances of the season after sitting alongside Miller on Saturday.

But strikers Akpo Sodje and Leon Clarke are not expected to feature as they nurse groin and hamstring injuries respectively, so Francis Jeffers is likely to continue up front alongside Marcus Tudgay.

Winger Etienne Esajas, a second-half substitute against Barnsley, could be handed a start in place of Jermaine Johnson, who is not yet fully match fit.
