Posh drew 1-1 with Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and face Roberto Di Matteo's side with no new injury concerns.

The sole absentee will be that of midfielder Chris Whelpdale, who has returned to training following a hernia operation but will not feature in the first team until Saturday's clash with Preston.

Paul Coutts will continue in midfield after playing the full 90 minutes on Saturday after overcoming a knee problem while Craig Morgan keeps his spot following his recall to the side after international duty with Wales.

Ferguson's side picked up their first point of the campaign against the Owls with Craig Mackail-Smith opening his account for the season.
