Collins returns to contention following a three-match ban for his dismissal in the 2-2 draw at Southend on the opening day of the season.

Fellow midfielder Jim Goodwin is still recovering from a knee operation during the summer but did take part in an 11-a-side match in training on Wednesday and is closing in on a return to first-team action.

The Terriers will be looking to continue their impressive run of form following the 7-1 mauling of Brighton on Tuesday.

Lee Novak grabbed his first goal for the club in that match and will be hoping to retain his place up front alongside Jordan Rhodes.
