David Preece turned his ankle in Saturday's defeat at QPR and is not likely to make it so manager Mark Robins has moved quickly to draft in Southampton goalkeeper Bialkowski on an emergency loan.

Striker Jon Macken is unlikely to feature as he struggles to overcome a rib problem.

On-loan Stoke duo Carl Dickinson and Ryan Shotton made their debuts at Loftus Road but Robins could be tempted to include another new signing, Suad Filekovic, in his squad.

Robins must also decide whether to recall Jamal Campbell-Ryce, fully recovered from an eye injury, to his starting line-up or keep faith with Julian Gray.
