Striker Tope Obadeyi has recovered a hamstring injury but he has now been struck down by flu and will miss the game.
Midfielder Alan O'Brien is also missing as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury but is hoping to feature in the club's next reserve team fixture.
Striker Lloyd Macklin has been ruled out for around four to six weeks with a left leg fracture, but fellow forward Billy Paynter should return to the squad having been rested for the Johnston's Paint Trophy match against Exeter in midweek.
And Wilson remains in a confident mood following a 10-game unbeaten run in the league.
"The unbeaten run has come about through hard work from the players," he told the club's official website. "Hopefully the team performances will get better as we go along because there is a long way to go."
