Novak missed training earlier this week as a precaution after being forced off against Wycombe last Saturday following a bang on the head.

Huddersfield are chasing a sixth win in their last seven matches and a fifth consecutive home win. They have notched up a total of 20 goals in their last four matches at home.

Danny Drinkwater, on loan from Manchester United, will miss out again as he is struggling with a thigh injury.

Striker Robbie Simpson is also recovering from a thigh muscle problem and will miss his eighth game as Lee Clark's side look to close in on an automatic promotion spot.
