Dunn sustained the calf problem two weeks ago against Stoke and has missed the Carling Cup victory over Chelsea as well as the goalless draw with Liverpool, but it is hoped he will be back to full fitness in time to feature against Birmingham on Tuesday.
Otherwise, Allardyce has a full squad to choose from for the trip to the KC Stadium.
