But midfielder Antony Kay will miss manager Lee Clark's first trip back to Carrow Road since leaving his post of assistant manager to take charge of Huddersfield in December last year.
Pilkington missed last week's home win over Gillingham after accumulating five yellow cards while Kay sits out the game for the same reason.
Lionel Ainsworth made a rare start against Gillingham in Pilkington's absence so Clark must decide whether to make further changes.
Otherwise, the Terriers have no other new injury or suspension problems as they look to cut the gap on the top two.
Clark's side have lost just once in their last eight league matches.
