Stewart missed the 2-1 win over Bristol City through suspension after being booked for the fifth time this season.

However the Jamaican centre-half will challenge Fitz Hall and Matt Connolly for a place alongside Kaspars Gorkss at the back against Ipswich. Connolly made his return from a hip injury as a late sub on Boxing Day.

Young striker Angelo Balanta was also on the bench after four months out with a groin injury and should be involved again.

Midfielder Ben Watson is due to play the last game of his loan spell from Wigan, although Rangers do have an option to extend the deal.

Gareth Ainsworth (calf), Lee Cook, Martin Rowlands and Gavin Mahon (all knee) remain on the sidelines.
