County boss Nigel Clough fielded the same XI for the league games against Sheffield United and Newcastle and again for the FA Cup tie with Birmingham on Saturday.

He said: "The likes of Russell Anderson, Chris Porter and David Martin, who will come back into the squad for Tuesday's game, are champing at the bit but if the players in the side maintain the current level of performance the side will stay unchanged barring injuries.

"We are very happy with the 11 we are putting out and the bench as well."

Forward Steven Davies (hamstring) and defender Dean Leacock (knee) could come back into the reckoning before the end of the month.
