Matt Oakley was left out of the squad for the midweek win at Doncaster but the experienced midfielder is expected to return to the reckoning.

Boss Nigel Pearson made two changes in South Yorkshire on Tuesday night, recalling Dany N'Guessan and handing Nolberto Solano his first start since joining the club.

Oakley and Paul Gallagher were the players to make way and they, along with Nicky Adams and Yann Kermorgant, will be hoping for recalls.

Pearson is unlikely to change his backline so on-loan defenders Ryan McGivern and Alex Bruce are likely to remain on the bench, along with veteran striker Steve Howard.

The Foxes are on a season-best run of seven games without defeat in the Championship and will be keen to avenge their 5-1 drubbing in the reverse fixture at the City Ground in December.

You're Man Utd, For Crying Out Loud!

Defending a 0-0 draw with Cambridge on the grounds that other teams lost to lower-league opposition is not befitting of Man United. We're inclined to agree with Mailboxers...
