On-loan Batt set for Lions comeback

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett could have on-loan Peterborough midfielder Shaun Batt back in contention for the visit of Hartlepool.

The 22-year-old missed the 3-1 win at MK Dons on Tuesday night after failing to recover from a knock picked up against Wycombe last weekend, but he has now resumed training and could return.

Defender Jack Smith is also back in training following a hamstring injury and could be fit.

Liam Trotter overcame a slight ankle twinge to play the full match in midweek and is set to keep his place in the starting line-up.

Fellow midfielder Marc Laird remains sidelined with a rib injury, while winger Danny Schofield celebrated his first start in almost a month following a cut shin and a hip injury with a goal on Tuesday and is set to keep his place.
