The Shrimps, who thumped Bournemouth 5-0 at Christie Park in December, this week agreed to release defender Danny Adams from his contract.

The veteran left-back, who was a member of the club's promotion-winning side, has been allowed to leave ahead of his contract officially coming to an end at the close of the season.
