The forward has missed the last 10 games with a knee injury but took part in training on Thursday and could be on the bench against the Addicks.

His return would be a major boost to Paul Ince's side, who are short of attacking options.

Ince has no other injury concerns after the return to fitness of defender Sean O'Hanlon and the centre-half could make his first start since April 2009 after replacing James Tunnicliffe at half-time in last weekend's 2-2 draw at Gillingham.

The Dons have gone three games without a win since beating Swindon at the start of March and look set to miss out on a place in the League One play-offs.
