The midfielder limped off during Saturday's 1-1 draw with Yeovil and now looks set to miss this top-against-bottom encounter.

Otherwise, Ablett has no new injury or suspension concerns.

Despite County being near certainties for the drop Ablett is still eyeing new players, having ran the rule over triallists Cedric Ngakam, Goffin Boyoko, Matthew Brown and Adam Vickers last week, although it is unlikely any will be signed for the trip to Carrow Road.

The Hatters could go down if they lose and Tranmere win but Ablett will be hoping they can maintain their League One status for as long as possible.
