Both players are nursing knocks - Baker's forced him to miss the 1-0 home win over Bury last weekend that saw the Imps secure their Football League status.

Lenell John-Lewis, Paul Connor, Shane Clarke and Richard Butcher are vying for recalls to the starting line-up.

Winger Michael Gordon will not be involved as his contract is set to be cancelled by mutual consent.

With City safe from relegation, manager Chris Sutton believes the pressure is now off his side.

He said: "It should give them a little more freedom to play. We have a young squad and they have been under a bit of pressure but that has been lifted now."
