Hill's men are already promoted but he is keen for them to bounce back from last weekend's defeat at Hereford and finish the season on a high note.

Hill said: "The season isn't over, we have two games left, starting with the visit of Burton.

"We are aiming to finish the season in style. Bournemouth are two points behind us and we know it's important we keep going until the end of the season."

Defenders Craig Dawson and Tom Kennedy were included along with midfielder Gary Jones in the PFA League Two team of the season.
