The midfielder was forced off with a knock midway through the second half of the goalless draw at Rotherham last weekend.

He is the only new concern as on-loan centre-half Harry Worley (Achilles), fellow defender Danny O'Donnell (hip) and forward Byron Moore (ankle) remain on the sidelines.

Chief Dario Gradi hopes his side can end the season with a home win and send the supporters into the summer with some optimism ahead of next season.

He said: "We have been decent in the last two games but now can we get a final home win? We know we haven't done that well at home this season so it would be nice to send the fans home with some hope about next year."
