The pair were both hurt in Thursday night's Europa League play off first-leg win over Sigma Olomouc at Goodison Park, with Rodwell scoring twice in the 4-0 success.

Rodwell has a twisted knee while Pienaar picked up a foot injury. Everton are also unlikely to have Joleon Lescott back in the squad after he was dropped against the Czech Republic outfit for his poor attitude - despite Manchester City boss Mark Hughes claiming their interest in the England star is over.

Everton (from): Howard, Hibbert, Neville, Yobo, Baines, Osman, Cahill, Rodwell, Gosling, Fellaini, Pienaar, Vaughan, Saha, Jo, Nash, Duffy, Baxter, Wallace, Agard.
