Kagisho Dikgacoi will be suspended for the Craven Cottage fixture after being sent off in Fulham's 2-2 draw with West Ham.

Long-term absentees Toni Kallio (Achilles) and Simon Davies (foot) will miss out, although Hodgson is confident Davies will be available for next Thursday's Europa League match at home to Roma.
