Kick-off on Monday night is at 8pm.

Hammers (from): Green, Faubert, Upson, Gabbidon, Tomkins, Ilunga, Noble, Parker, Behrami, Kovac, Diamanti, Dyer, Hines, Cole, Jimenez, Kurvez, Franco.
