Goalkeeper Ma-Kalambay was always going to be rested for Wednesday night's Co-operative Insurance Cup second-round win over Brechin, but it has emerged he had a hip knock anyway.

Hughes has no other injury worries, although Kevin McCann, Merouane Zemmama and Jonatan Johansson may not be risked due to lack of match fitness, while Ian Murray serves the final instalment of his three-match SPL ban.

Kick-off at Easter Road is 12.30pm.

Hibs (from): Ma-Kalambay, Bamba, Hogg, Hanlon, McCormack, Van Zanten, Stevenson, Thicot, McBride, Galbraith, Wotherspoon, Rankin, Cregg, Riordan, Nish, Benjelloun, Byrne, Stack, Stokes, McCann, Zemmama.
