The 24-year-old has so far managed just a few minutes as a late substitute against Wigan following his £10million move from Locomotiv Moscow, and was left on the bench at Fulham on Sunday.

Everton are without skipper Phil Neville, who is likely to be out for three months with knee ligament damage, while Tony Hibbert is suspended and Dutch utility defender John Heitinga is ineligible.
