Hall: Has a calf problem

On-loan centre-back Richard Wood left Scunthorpe on Sunday nursing a bruised heel sustained during the Sky Blues' dismal 1-0 defeat, and he misses out.

Left-back Marcus Hall is also out having seen his calf problem flare up at the weekend on his return to action, although Patrick van Aanholt makes his comeback from suspension and is expected to step in.

Stephen Wright serves the final game of his ban, having seen his initial one-match suspension doubled by the Football Association as a result of throwing his captain's armband at referee Mike Jones against QPR.

Coleman's defensive woes are compounded by the fact Ben Turner remains sidelined with his ankle problem. Midfielders Isaac Osbourne (knee) and Sammy Clingan (broken toe) are also nursing their long-term injuries.

Finally, substitute goalkeeper Dimi Konstantopoulos took a knock in training on Tuesday and will also be unavailable, but a rare bit of good news is that midfielder David Bell has recovered from illness.
