Heitinga is ineligible for the round-of-32, first-leg tie at Goodison Park while Fellaini is recovering from an ankle injury, which caused him to miss the victory against Chelsea last week.

Phillipe Senderos is doubtful with a back problem but Steven Pienaar returns to the squad following a domestic suspension.
