The on-loan striker sustained a groin injury during the first half of Saturday's goalless draw with Wycombe and is due to have a scan to determine the extent of the problem.

Tom Taiwo was also forced off at the weekend and it remains to be seen whether or not he will be fit enough to feature. If he does fail to make it Paul Thirlwell, who replaced him against Wycombe, could deputise once again.

Marc Bridge-Wilkinson was an unused substitute at Adams Park following his return from a bruised toe and he will be hoping to retain his place in the squad.

But Joe Anyinsah is still recovering from hernia surgery, while Lenny Pidgeley (broken hand), Andy Cook (foot), Gavin Rothery (hernia) and David Raven (hip) also miss out.
