Scott: Defensive reshuffle

Scott: Defensive reshuffle

The full-back was enjoying a successful loan spell from Ipswich but has been recalled by Town boss Roy Keane as cover for the suspended Damian Delaney.

That has resulted in the Bees recalling defender Alan Bennett from his loan spell at Wycombe a day early and he should go straight into the squad for the clash at the Withdean.

Scott will keep faith with goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, despite his two costly errors in Saturday's 3-3 draw with MK Dons, meaning Lewis Price will again have to settle for a place on the bench.

Carl Cort is pushing for a start in attack after his injury-time strike earned a point for the Bees against Paul Ince's men. Cort came off the bench to replace Ben Strevens minutes before his goal, but Strevens also got on the scoresheet and could retain his place.

Goalkeeper Nikki Bull remains the only absentee as he continues to struggle with a shoulder injury.
