Lallana: Available for Cumbrians clash

Lallana missed Tuesday night's win over Hartlepool with a groin injury but will be available for Sunday's showpiece in the capital.

Fellow midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin will need a late fitness check after coming off in midweek with a tight hamstring.

Manager Alan Pardew will be without defenders Jon Otsemobor and Dan Seaborne, winger Jason Puncheon and striker Lee Barnard who are all cup-tied.

Dan Harding or fit-again Lloyd James (ankle) will deputise for Otsemobor at right-back and Radhi Jaidi comes in at centre-half for Seaborne. Michail Antonio could replace Puncheon and Lallana or David Connolly will start in place of Barnard.

Wayne Thomas is out with a torn calf and fellow full-back Graeme Murty is still missing after an ankle operation.

Kick-off at Wembley is at 1.30pm.
