Novak had missed five matches due to a knee injury before returning to the squad against Walsall in midweek, when he stepped off the substitutes' bench to fire a stoppage-time winner.

Terriers manager Lee Clark must decide whether to stick with the same starting line-up, meaning Theo Robinson alongside Jordan Rhodes up front, or recall Novak.

Clark has no new injury or suspension problems, but defender Lee Peltier remains doubtful with the ankle injury that has kept him out of the last two matches, midfielder Michael Collins is out with a badly broken finger and Robbie Simpson (thigh) is not yet ready to return after his long lay-off.

Huddersfield must beat Millwall if they are to be certain of maintaining their three-point advantage over seventh-placed Colchester going into the final three matches.
