The Seagulls comfortably saw off Tranmere 3-0 at the weekend, with strikers LuaLua and Holroyd playing no part due to respective hamstring injuries sustained against Brentford which has ruled them both out for the past two weeks.

Midfielder Diego Arismendi is in line to play some part having finally shaken off the thigh problem that has blighted him since arriving on loan from Stoke, with fellow midfielder Gary Hart also hopeful of featuring after missing the win over Rovers with a stiff back.

Goalkeeper Michael Kuipers and defender Colin Hawkins are out with finger and heel injuries respectively.

Brighton have lost once in the last eight league games and are currently 13th in League One.
