England: Training earlier this week

The earlier losses of Jermain Defoe, Michael Carrick and David Stockdale, who was replaced by Robert Green, have reduced coach Fabio Capello's options slightly.

However, it is not thought to have affected his intended starting line-up.

With Wayne Rooney suspended and Liverpool duo Andy Carroll and Steven Gerrard missing through injury, the England line-up is expected to show two changes from the one that defeated Wales in March.

Rio Ferdinand is likely to come in for absent Tottenham defender Michael Dawson, with either Theo Walcott, James Milner or Adam Johnson replacing Rooney.

Kick-off at Wembley is 4.45pm.

England (probable): Hart; Johnson, Ferdinand, Terry, A Cole; Lampard, Parker, Wilshere; Walcott, Young, Bent.
