The Jamaica international, who missed Saturday's opening win over Dagenham & Redbridge, has been diagnosed with medial ligament damage and will be ruled out for eight weeks after twisting his knee in the final pre-season friendly against Doncaster.

Otherwise, manager Alan Irvine has a full squad to choose from.

Irvine is expected to make several changes as he looks to utilise his full squad and summer recruits Paul Heffernan, Daniel Jones and Neil Mellor are all hoping to be included in the starting line-up.

Clinton Morrison, who scored on his debut, Gary Teale, Jones, Giles Coke, Chris Sedgwick and Mellor all made their first competitive appearances for the Owls against Dagenham, but Irvine could be tempted to rest one or two against Bury.
