Nish: Set to miss out

Colin Nish is not expected to recover from his ankle injury in order to feature for Hibs.

Striker Nish suffered the injury in scoring during last Saturday's 4-2 loss at Aberdeen in Colin Calderwood's first match in charge.

David Wotherspoon is rated 50-50 for the match at Tannadice, with Graham Stack (back), Darryl Duffy (metatarsal) and Merouane Zemmama (knee) still out.

Midfielder Danny Swanson will return to the Terrors squad as they seek to end a run of three straight defeats.

Swanson has made one four-minute appearance this season due to sciatica in his back, but he could come off the bench at Tannadice tomorrow.

Craig Conway, Scott Severin, Darren Dods and Mihael Kovacevic are all struggling to be fit as United seek to bounce back from defeat to Celtic and two successive losses to Motherwell.
