Motherwell will give Jamie Murphy and Keith Lasley until the last minute to make the clash against the Accies.

Lasley missed Tuesday's Co-operative Insurance Cup win over Dundee United with a hamstring injury while Murphy limped off with an ankle problem.

Steve Jennings has recovered from an ankle knock leaving Esteban Casagolda (knee) as the only certain absentee.

Accies manager Billy Reid may be tempted to bring back skipper Alex Neil, who has returned to training following hip surgery in the summer. The skipper will be assessed later today.

Reid has no fresh injuries for Accies game against their third-placed neighbours.
