Lafferty: Back in business

Lafferty: Back in business

Steve Jennings is suspended for Motherwell.

The midfielder is still to serve an automatic one-match ban for his red card against Hearts and will miss another two games after picking up his seventh SPL booking of the season earlier in that game.

Motherwell otherwise have a full squad for the Fir Park clash.

Rangers could welcome back Kyle Lafferty and Maurice Edu.

Lafferty has been out of action with a broken bone in his hand but has been able to train and, if given the go-ahead by his specialist this week, will be available for the visit to Fir Park.

Edu has been recovering from both tonsilitis and a knee injury and, although having not trained as much as Lafferty, could also be in contention.

Nikica Jelavic is unlikely to return until mid-January, while Kirk Broadfoot still faces several weeks on the sidelines with a foot problem.

Motherwell (from): Randolph, Saunders, Hateley, Hammell, Craigan, Reynolds, Lasley, Humphrey, Murphy, Blackman, Gow, Sutton, Casagolda, Forbes, Fitzpatrick, McHugh, Page, Hollis.

Rangers (from): McGregor, Whittaker, Papac, Foster, Wylde, Weir, Bougherra, Davis, McCulloch, Weiss, Beattie, Naismith, Miller, Loy, Fleck, Hutton, Cole, Alexander, Edu, Lafferty.
