David McNamee could make his Aberdeen debut.

The defender signed for the Dons on Christmas Eve after being released by Plymouth in the summer and was on the bench for the win over Hibernian at the weekend.

Defender Zander Diamond has recovered from the head injury which saw him taken off against Hibs.

Hamilton manager Billy Reid has lost two players from his most recent squad.

David Elebert and Nigel Hasselbaink have both been ruled out of the clash at New Douglas Park.

Longer-term casualties James Gibson (knee) and Alex Neil (hip) remain on the sidelines as Accies bid to play their first game since November.
